Howspace launches Global Partnership program and invites experts to join the ‘Future of Work’ movement

Howspace is excited to announce a global partnership program to support the rapid transformation of work-life practices. The goal is to build a community of professionals helping organizations involve and engage their most important assets, people. Howspace invites practitioners and companies to join the movement to reshape the way organizations interact as they embrace the future of work.

“We are delighted to launch a global community that will include partnership incentives, affiliate marketing, and other collaboration for mutual benefit. Worklife is changing faster than ever. Whether you are an expert on change and transformation, learning & development, process facilitation, or digital community building, we are happy to collaborate. We believe digital facilitation and true interaction are the new normal.” says Ulla Luukas, Director of Partnerships at Howspace. “We have already seen great mutual benefits working with our 60 current partners internationally and are now looking forward to expanding this community and working together for a greater good. We want organizations to interact better with employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers to create sustained impact through engagement”.

Howspace offers a facilitation platform for generating an exceptionally high digital involvement rate and engagement, supported by artificial intelligence for real-time insight and analysis.

“The future of work is here. What was once nice to have is now required. Collaboration, facilitation, engagement, co-creation are now fundamentals that everyone should be utilizing. From small start-ups to the biggest of the Fortune 500, everyone should be pursuing these new basics. The future of work moves away from control and hierarchy, enabling greater capability to take action faster. Today’s employees want to be heard; they want to contribute and participate, not to mention learning and developing themselves. This is where facilitated digital dialogue comes into play,” says Troy Pfeffer, Director of Partnerships and Marketing at Howspace North America. “Organizations are battling for talent, and today’s winners listen to people and provide continuous opportunities to participate and learn. I am excited to work with the most forward-thinking companies as we set the example for the future of work.”
