  • A lot of flexibility in choosing when and where you work. The primary placement for this position is Helsinki (our offices are located in Helsinki, Stockholm, Jyväskylä & Toronto).  We are also hiring for a similar role in Stockholm. 

What you’ll be mainly working with:

  • Working with a rapidly growing sales lead pool, making the first contact, and continuing the nurturing process
  • Working in collaboration with the rest of the sales and customer relations team to build our funnel and help prospects with expertise and great service
  • Depending on your interest, skills, and learning curve, continue the sales process and involve other experts as needed
  • Helping other team members with their sales support needs
  • Helping us further develop and organize our sales process to manage rapidly growing prospect pool

What we expect:

  • Work experience and knowledge of B2B software/service business
  • Being a self-directed team player: We work as a team but independently and without hierarchy
  • Being very organized in managing the prospecting process
  • Being innovative and bringing up new ideas to continuously keep improving how we work
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and oral skills should be excellent as we will need you to work both with Finnish and international leads
  • Growth mindset: interested in constantly learning new things (within the scope of your own expertise and beyond)

Additional sources of advantage for you as an applicant:

  • Experience in using HubSpot: The more you have it, the better, we would like your input further developing the pipeline management process
  • understanding of consulting and/or training business or  change management
