We are hiring: Growth marketer with a paid acquisition focus

What you’ll be mainly working with:

  • Creating and managing paid ad campaigns across social, search and display 
  • Setting and measuring performance marketing KPI’s
  • Working in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team to create engaging campaigns around webinars, events, e-books and other content
  • Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
  • Writing content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages, in English and ideally also in Finnish and/or Swedish
Depending on your own workload, skills and interests, you might also expand to working with pretty much anything you think will help us grow; for example web analytics, SEO, marketing automation or email marketing.

What we are looking for in our future team member:

  • Work experience and knowledge of paid acquisition channels 
  • Being self-directed: we work as a team but independently and without hierarchy
  • Fluency in English and preferably Swedish and/or Finnish
  • Growth marketing mindset: interested in constantly learning new things (within the scope of your own expertise and beyond) and trying them out in a data-driven way
