What to do when participant's login link does not work?

This article describes steps that can be taken if your participant's login link does not work.

Sometimes there are problems with participants' login links.

Here are a few tips on how to overcome them!

  1. Try sending the login link again - maybe the first link directs the participant to a wrong page or is not valid due to changes inside the workspace.
  2. Make sure the participant can access the page - sometimes pages are hidden or restricted and this prevents participant from viewing the page.
  3. Copy and paste the login link of a participant under Users and send the link via regular email. (Note that admins cannot see each others' login links, so this only works for participants.)
  4. Advice the participant to copy and paste the link from the email. Sometimes the link is divided between lines of text and thus malfunctions.
