This article explains how administrators of a workspace can hide participants' email addresses from other participants.
By default email addresses are displayed in users' profiles for both participants and admins of a workspace.
Admins can choose to hide the email addresses so that participants cannot see each others email addresses. Admins will always be able to see all email addresses.
How to make email addresses private:
- Top right menu > User management
- Edit profile fields and organization -button
- Users' email visibility > Edit
- Choose whether the email addresses are Public or Private (Public = visible to all participants and admins, Private = visible to only admins)
- Save changes
