You’ll engage with how to solve big problems and make important decisions with your team in a virtual environment.
The format of the engagement is broken down into three phases, both during one live session and two asynchronous periods:
Phase 1: January 22 - 25
- At your own time, engage in an online dialogue
Phase 2: January 26 live at 11.00 EST
- Attend a 1-hr collaborative virtual workshop to identify and evaluate choices
Phase 3: January 27 - 29
- At your own time, reflect through dialogue with your peers to determine consensus and reach a decision
